Automatic detection of document changes on the user's hard drive (using ActiveX and scripting). Changes are automatically synced with the server. Contract documents are parsed as sections/clauses and displayed in the Document view for a legal review. The notification is displayed in a modal dialog.

Assembling a PDF from multiple Documents in Ariba Collaboration. Uses a Java library to transform other types of documents (Word, PDF, Excel, HTML, etc.) into PDF documents. Multiple types of documents are then placed into one PDF, which creates the full contract to be signed.
